Please allow 5-10 business days for your handmade item to arrive. All orders will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to the Continental US.

Return Policy:

We stand behind our products so if you are not in love with your Lumi piece we will make it right. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. ALL CLOSEOUT SALES ARE FINAL!
